uhm, yeah i can't put the mp3's on my phone without knowing thisss. =]How do you change the bitrate of mp3's to lower them, PLEASE HELP.?
What you need is a converter program. The best one in my opinion is dBpoweramp. It is a free converter and is great. You can get it at http://www.dbpoweramp.com completely free. You can adjust the bitrate using the slider bar in the program, then click the convert button to convert it.
