How do i change the bitrate of mp4 files?

i wanted to transfer a video to my samsung corby, but it said that it was ';over bit rate';. so i'm now trying to find a software to change the bit rate of my mp4 file. if that's not possible, then how can you tell me how to transfer my video another way then? thanks :DHow do i change the bitrate of mp4 files?

If you click on

'All to Mobile Device'

There is a category called

'Samsung'

Although your Samsung Corby isn't there, the other Samsung formats are probably very similar. But if that doesn't work then if you fiddle around there are lots of .mp4 files all with different bit rates so I'm sure you will find one that works.
